Move to action, beyond promoting a vision
I believe many organisations are at an inflection point, acknowledging their traditional company structures, strategies and leadership styles that have steered them well in the past, will most likely inhibit their ambitions and transformational growth. These organisations are not set up to create, but to capitalize on existing mature business models that simply replicate and improve. This inflection point requires CEOs and Boards to take action to move from change (improving the past) to transformation (creating the future) to protect their market relevance with customer’s already embracing new ways of working and with new expectations.
